How to display icon in address bar with ASP.NET 2.0

There are a lots of icon display talked in google, but I can not use it in ASP.NET 2.0 to show up the icon on the left of address bar and tab of IE 7. On the head of of html, I have coded as follows:

Then, I intend to add automatically my Web Page to the User's Favorites Menu with personal icon on the Favorites Menu of IE 7 and the code as follows:
