Site redirect from html to aspx

Hi All,
I am trying to redirect my entire site based on apache server (.html) to sql server (.aspx).  I know I could redirect the entire site in web.config to the homepage of the new site. i,,e www.test.ac.uk/department to www.newtest.ac.uk/department.aspx
Is there a way that I can redirect the entire site page by page, folder by folder?(.htaccess or web.cofig)
.i.e,, folder1/1.html, folder1/2.html to folder1/1.aspx, folder1/2.aspx

I have searched the web and could not find the solution.
Any help and suggetion will be really appreciated.
