Worker process and CLR

Hi All,
I want to know that
Is it true that every worker process (aspnet_wp or w3wp ) has its own CLR within the process. for example How many CLR will there if I have 3 web application ( 3 w3wp process,IIS 6 )? .
if above is true then in IIS 5 where only one aspnet_wp process available for all applications only one CLR exist within this process
