How to get Clients Machine User credentials Username and Domain

I am trying to retrieve the loged in userName and Domain of the Clients machine. 

 string IP = (string)Request.ServerVariables["REMOTE_ADDR"];             string IP = (string)Request.ServerVariables["REMOTE_ADDR"];
   Able to retrieve the Clients Machine IP but need to get the Remote Computer User details.
