Hi,
I just installed CLR profiler on my system.
On selecting File -> Profile ASP.Net , IIS shuts down and restarts. A pop up is opened that says " Waiting for ASP.Net to start common language runtime - this is the time to load your test page".
At this time I start application that I want to profile and aspnet_wp.exe is also seen in the Task List. Despite this, the pop up message does not go and it still keeps waiting to connect. I launch the application this way : http://localhost/Assigner/Home.aspx
I have also made following change to machine.config on my system, afetr reading some posts on the web. In the previous version of machine.config, username and password attibutes of processmodel were not there.
