Applying a CSS file to a control's contents

Okay, I've got a user control (ascx) I've created named ucDork, placed in default.aspx. When default.aspx loads, I want to apply the styles in a CSS file to the contents of ucDork. I'm looking for the simplest way to do this.
Is there a method for doing this, something like the following, perhaps?

ucDork.LoadStyleSheet("css/ucDork.css");Thanks a ton!
