Okay so I am trying to write some code to datetime stamp a file that I am generating on my server. The problem is, the server is based in California so when I generate the time on the east coast, it is always 3 hours behind (or wherever depending on where I generate from). I am generating a CSV file and I want the file name to be Unique something similar to "yyyy-MM-dd__hh.mm.sstt" but with the correct time of the user who is logged into the web app, not the server time. Is this possible? If not is military time a possiblity? Just looking for any kind of suggestions on how to make a unique file name based off the time the file was generated.
