I put 2 content place holder on the master page and would like to have one in the upper left for navigation and the other one for main content.
I spend a lot of time to align top for 2 content place holder, but not be able to do it.
Left content place holder on the left upper, but the right content place holder always on the bottom of the left one.
I would like to know are there any way to align top for 2 content palce holder.
