i need help information to do my project my project idea is: desgining mobile web site , this site has some accesability like enabled speech by convert the site avaliable information & text to audio format (MP3)to make blind peapole using sit's services by hearing.. so i need helping from you about how can i do that by using text-to-speech software to generate the audio file in the server-side..how can i deal with this tts from my web code to access it and then return the audio file which tts generated to playback in my site , [i dont know how can i do that or which language help me to do that ].. for that please try to help me to find best ways to getting that.
