Errors Appear When Trying build a Solution

Hi

When I try and create pages in  Visual Studio 2005 and build my solution I get temporary files that appear in C:/Windows/ASP.Net2.0. I have deleted the required files and have Ccleaner and AVG grisoft installed on my home PC which I regularly run.

 

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can resolve as these temporary don't appear in my overall file structure.
