access Click event for button that's created on PageLoad

 Hi,
I created a table that is populated with all of the employees' info on pageLoad. the top row is an addEmployeeRow with blank textBox controls in each column to add the info for the new employee.
The last cell in the row has a button - btnAddEmployee. how & where should i write it's clickEvent?
