Form Processor

Hi All,

 Can someone point me in the direction of a Form Processor/Mailer. I am currently using a formmail from tectite.com but since asp fields don't contain name or value it's made this script kinda useless.

Below is what the current script does I am wondering if there is anything out there in ASP.net that comes close?  The current one is done in php.

 Some of the main features I am looking for is being able to make up html based mailer templates and the script will fill in the template with what was submitted on the form and email it off. And if possible write the fields on the form to a database.
