Div with scroll bar on the left?

Hello,
 
I have a treeview control on the left side of a page. Clicking the treeview affects the content of the right side of the page. I've put the treeview in a div tag with overflow set to auto because the treeview can get rather long. However, the scrollbar is placed between the treeview and the content portion of my page - it looks horrible.
 
Does anyone know of a way to force the scrollbar of a div tag to the left side instead of the right? I've tried various .css styles, but with no luck.
