I have a web site that works in VS 2005 development with a SQL Server 2000, but doesn not work when I deploy it to my development server.
Basically I have a CascadingDropsown in a sub web project. My Web Service in the app_code directory under the root website. I can access the website, and pull up the page, but the cascading dropdown display Method Error 500, which is a service error. Using Fiddler I can see the error is a constraint.
The error in Fiddler is:
"Message":"Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.","StackTrace":"
Which makes it look like I have a key violation. But if I do, why does it work in VS 2005 going against the same SQL Server?
My xsd does not contain any keys. Maybe a data access problem?
Any help in solving or debuggin this is appreciated.
