Got a token, now what do I do with it?

We are setting up an auto login with another company, and I hit their request token page and get back a success message with the token printed on the page.
How do I take that token they've sent back and redirect to the autologin page so I can get the user logged in?
If I understand correctly, we hit a request page, it sends back the token, I pick up the token and redirect to the login page, the login page sees and validates the token and I'm logged in.  They have a specific page separate for token logins.
How do I pick up the token they sent back and use it in my url to redirect to the tokenLogin.aspx page?
