Hi
I am new to .NET. I have created a new web app using C# then added Response.Output.Write("Hello World!"); and tried to build the solution. I got these errors:
Could not copy temporary files to the output directory.
The file 'bin\WebApplication1.dll' cannot be copied to the run directory. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
I went to bin\WebApplication1.dll and checked process accessing it using Unlocker, and there was not any process accessing it.
Sometimes it build successfully when I close Visual Studio and reopen it and when I restart IIS
