The current project I am working is a ticket system, where when the user is done doing all there stuff the ticket is sent to the database and a confirmation email is sent to the department that the ticket is pertaining to. This all works fine no issues. But the problem I have then is within the automated email I send a link back to the search page were the user can search through the tickets along with an ?ticketnumber at the end of the URL. I have a few problems with this:
1. I cannot get the link to actualy be a link when its sent, everything ive tryed ends up with either no link or an error for trying to inject html into the page. This is the code I am using to send the email. The email works great no issue other then I am not sure how to actualy make the link a link that functions.
