Need help with Logic

 Hi,
 I want to make some global variables available on a condition, but i can only use an if statment for example inside a method which will hide the global variables of context. For example:

int myGlobalVar = 1;
int myGlobalVar2 = 2; 

 if (condition)
 make myGlobalVar accessible to all functions and hide myGlobalVar2

 Any suggestions will be very much appreciated,
