ListView with TextBox

Hello,

I have alistview control and in the Item template I have a button and a TextBox, so when I press the button I have a Sub procedure that sends Email according to the address in the textBox with the subject according to the other details I have in that listview item.

 My problem is to get to the sub the textbox text value from the listitem?

 Any Help?
