Creating users and roles in asp.net configuration

Dear all,

I am trying to create users and roles, but when I click on the security tab on ASP.NET Configuration window, I get the following warning.

Although it kinda says what I should do, but I dont know what the problem is, it says that my sql server is not registered with the ASP.Net.
