Insert datarow in first row of dataset

I have a dataset receiving data from a dll, so the tables are already populated. I am binding the data to a drop down, but before I do I am looking for a simple way to insert  a value of "0" and text of "Select...". Is there a fast and easy way of doing it?
I would hate to cycle through the data just to insert a row.
