Update parameter not working

Hello,
I have  an SQLDatasource, with FormParameters to update my DB.  One textbox is returning null, and after a couple of days of googling and angst, I still can't figure out why.  My code follows.  I've highlighted the offending items in bold.  Note that the other textboxes in the same Formview, at the same level in the page hierarchy are working fine.
