ASP.NET Security Sub Folder contents

Hi,
I have ASP.NET web application. I have sub folder in my virtual directory and that contains all the contents (.zip, .txt and image files). I need to protect these contents using Form authentication. What are the settings I have do in IIS, web.cofig file?
