Div position fixed and scrolling tags

Hi all,

This is a kind of very strange problem, I have two Div tags in my aspx page. first one is for fixing a flash header at the top of the page :-




And the second one is used for scrolling within page in which i used a gridview.

Now, initially i was not able to get scroll bar for second . I read an article in this forums which states that by removing following line, i will get scroll bar :-



It worked. But after that first stopped working ,i.e. now my flash header is not fixed at the top.

Any soutions ??..... Please i got stucked here.... ...
