FileUpload multiple upload issue

Hi;

I am experiencing a strange fileupload issue.

I upload 3 files to 3 different folder on the server.

I tried to upload 3 different picture files.

Strange to say, the first picture overwriting to 2nd and 3rd folder with the its file names.

In other words, when I upload a, b, c picture, picture "a" overwriting to picture "b" and picture "c".

It ends with 3 same picture uploaded with different names.

I need to get help to find its solution.

Thank you in advance.
