Dll in gac

I  Tried to store dll in gac(assembly).
I succefully stored that dll using gacutil and sting name commands.
In another project i refer that dll and i am able to assign that to assembly object.
assembly a=assembly.Load("");
From that object how can i use the methods or variables  in that dll(from gac)?
like a.get();
