Index (zero based) Issue

Hi there,
I am trying to build a text file from SQL data, also add some titles to fields.
When I tried the following statement is works just fine:
String.Format("Member: {0}, Event: {1}", reader(0), reader(1))
But I would like to have the very same information in 2 lines, like:
String.Format("Member: {0}", reader(0))
String.Format("Event: {1}", reader(1))
When I run the app with this code, I got the error:
Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
