Send the text box values to the Email (page is get from database)

Hi All, 

I have created the cms using FreeTextBox.dll and save its values to the database and get in the new aspx page in which I have used the the asp label.  Now I have many asp text boxes and simple html text box in the database, that are showing in the label at run time also. But when I fill these text boxes and send it as email there is nothing textbox modify during email. I found email with blank text boxes.

Have any one idea how can I get the value in the mail body (I have used this asp label.text as a body)
