regex for phone

hi how do i write the regex validation for the phone

iwrote this to verify whether is integer... but i don think is very efficient

^[0-9]

 

i would like to validate the number  must be integer and below 11 characters

can start with 0

and can accept  -

e.g  012-2243334

 

please advice
