Create a File on the server using ASP.NET

I want my ASP.NET application (VB.NET Code behind) to create a text file on a remote server (destServerName)

Server "destServerName" is running Windows 2003

Folder 'desttemp' is having fullcontrol to Everyone,Network Service account
