hi everyone,
i m facing one problem in external java script file.
i have one textbox control in .aspx page and i m refering that control in javascript.
now as we all know we can refer that control in javascript like
var txt = document.getElementById('<%=txtProduct.ClientID%>');
this works file in <script> written in that page only but due to lot of javascript i have seprate this code in external JavaScript file
But now this var txt = document.getElementById('<%=txtProduct.ClientID%>');not working and getting reference NULL
anyone can idea how can i do this in external JS file ?
