Setting an Array using Multiview

Hello to all. I am stuck on a web form and I hope you may be able to point me in the right directions. I created a form which contains 10 questions. Each question is placed within a multiview view. The question is made of up a list item and then I have a button with an on_click function. Here is an example of one of the questions within the aspx file.:
