Hai,
i have a javascript function and in that i am setting value to a hiddenfield like the following code
function getst()
{
var HClientID ='<%=HiddenField1.ClientID%>';
document.getElementById(HClientID).Value = "gfhjd";
}
I am calling the javascript function on my button_Click and accessing the value of hidden field there like the following
protected void Button3_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript
(this.GetType(), "alert", "getst();", true);
string s = HiddenField1.Value;
}
But i am getting s as empty string .
Can anyone say what is wrong in my code ..
