Hello,
I'm new to .NET. I have to do a project at University, using LINQ to access database, WCF services... I would like to do the following thing:
Show an image of the inside of a building (in this case, it is a supermarket). When passing the mouse over a spot (for example, a product), the information related to it should be queried from database, and displayed on a "balloon".
The easiest way is to have an aerial view of the supermarket, and store the location (x-y possitions) and id for every product. Any clues, please, about which web controls to use, how to include de "locations" sensible to mouse passing over them.... and so on?
The "smartest" way would be the same idea, but similar to Google StreetView (in this case, of a supermarket). Is this possible? Then, how?
Thank you very much.
