Trim comma from end of string

I'm trying to trim a comma from the end of a string.
 
I've tried the following:
Variable.TrimEnd(',');
 
I've also tried:
char[] CharToTrim = { ',' };
Variable.TrimEnd(CharToTrim);
 
Neither option is working, any ideas???
