What is the replacement of Eval() as this looks like there is a security risk if Eval() is used.

I have used following code to populate Repeater control. In this repeter control, I have used Eval() function to populate Div.

But it looks like there is a security risk(cross site scripting risk) is involved. Can someone tell me how can I avoid this.
