CreateUserWizard Check Box validation

Hi,

Wondered if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to add a CheckBox to the standard CreateUserWizard control to make sure that a new user agrees to the sites T&C's before progressing. I would like to use the standard validator functionality for consistency with the other fields i.e. User name, password etc. The closest I have so far is to add a custom validation control and perform server side validation via the following code
