Give access to specific folder in the application

Hi all,

I am having two roles in my application "Admin" and "User" . I want the admin folder to be accessed who are in the roles "admin" but not in the roles "user". I am not using inbuilt roles and membership  of asp.net. can any one please help me regarding this?
