How can i develop a website in local language.
I could write the content but when it displayed in browsers some characters are displayed wrong and space
displayed as a square. How can i solve this issue. Shall I need to use any dll files .
One general example you can see in

They use something like this

What may be this MMOnline.dll ? any guess? Is it for language support
For this website there is no issue in the content as I mentioned above
