Emulating a Hyperlink with Onclick

VWD 2008 Express.  Visual Basic.

I would like to add an onclick to an image and a label to act as if they are a hyperlink when they are clicked.  What is the onclick code to make this work.  For instance, when the label is clicked I want to file test.aspx on my site.  Thanks for the help.
