Createuserwizard - Profile Property - Upload Files to SQL2005

Hello Users,
How to add a profile property
which can save uploaded files to SQL2005 database?
I have added
<add
name="File1" type="bool" serializeAs="Binary" />
to the profile
properties in web.config file, but I am not sure what to do with code in .cs file:

Current_Profile.File1 = ???;
