reports in .net

 hi,
 
this might seem a simple question, but could anyone point me in the right direction to generate reports from a sql express 2008 database and show it on my .net3.5 web page.
 
so for example generate a report from my database on how many cups have been sold and even looking at after displaying it on the web page allowing the user to then export this into say a pdf doc? if there is any tutorials out there that has this and anyone could point me to it or help that would be great.
