how to send email in asp.net using C# with out use web.config file no server settings in web.config file

hi
i want to send mail in "asp.net" using "c#".actually server configsettings we will give in "web.config" file.i dont want like that.with out web.config file i have to send mail.for that i have to create one table in database .these are the hostname,port,username,password fields .using these fields i want retrieve these field values from databse to my program using "stroed pocedure".
is there any way to do this type of work
