I have a page with a lot of HTML & text paragraphs.  Interspersed in the text are variables such as time, temperature, count, that sort of thing.
It's easy enough to generate my variables using the code behind the forms, but I don't know how to place them into the HTML paragraphs.
I could embed the paragraph into a label control and create an OnLoad() event like:
Label1.Text = "<H1>The temperature is now <b>" & temperature & "</b>.</h1>"
However, that seems like a kludge.  Plus, it's hard for anyone else to understand what's on the page if it's just a bunch of dynamically generated labels. I'd rather just pass the variables to the HTML.
What is the .NET way of doing this?
Many thanks,
Steve
