To validate Dynamic Controls

Hi
I load the controls from database in the Page_Preinit . The conrols like textbox,Dropdown wil load. Now i want to validate these controls . for example if i have the textbox for Email and phone no i want to add validation to these controls on runtime since the controls load dynamically . KINDLY SUGGEST ME A SOLUTION .
