XML to List C#

Hi, Im trying to produce a visual web part where i can bind parts of an xml weather service to an Interface. I code in C# and use a custom class called Weather. The XML is structured like so There are multiple hourly tags to provide a 3 hour forecast of the day. and i only require about 4 or 5 pieces of data from the tag. The class is basically a way to house only the 4 or 5 pieces of xml that i actually require. But because there is going to be multiple hourly forecasts i need them in a list.
