load, capture ddls

Hi, what is best way of do this:
I have to load 5 - 10 dropdownlists (all ddls have the same values) with a lable beside it...
once the user clicks the submit button I want to capture which ddls was selected and its values..
 
should I use a repeater control? can I get the values and the ddl selected by using a repeater?...
 
pleae provide a better approach/sample code as I think the repeater is not good...thanks,
