There is a table 'RBOTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS' with 500,000records, maximum row size 912, and minimum row sieze 708.
The cluster index is like:

But it always table scan on the table 'RBOTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS' when I execute the query:
SELECT *
FROM [RBOTRANSACTIONS ...
