I would like to follow the correct method of doing the register page as shown below.

I would like to know if i used CreateNewUser Wizard Control to create the register part for user, is it possible for me to add addition field like DOB,Address,gender?
Is it ok to be different with the Asp.net configuration(membership provider)?
Otherwise, if i'm not using the link to do, how do i encrypt my pwd?
