how can i provide security for this king of issues?

 i have two client and one server system. in my server i have folder called "VOD". in that folder i have some vedios available. using the ipaddress i can able to connect to the server and can able to access the vedios based on the rights. becos client 1 can able to watch and play  the vedio from the server and client2 can only able to see what are all the vedios available. is this possible to do?


the vedio files are in my server PC.so using the url i need to play the file
